Lewis Walch

Lewis Walch trained in Switzerland in1974. Eldest of eleven, he says: “Only with TM could you successfully meditate in a house full of children.” With two brothers, Lewis started Kedel Ltd, a family business which recently won the national ‘Best Recycled Product of the Year’ award. Lewis says, “Running a business, you need Transcendental Meditation to maintain your health and energy levels, boost your creativity and stay stress free”.
