I am a TM teacher, AyurVeda consultatant and Marma Therapist currently living in Glasgow, Scotland. When I’m not teaching TM, I love getting out for walks and exploring the Highlands. I’m also a freelance fundraising consultant, working for the David Lynch Foundation UK – a charity which offers TM to groups who have experienced traumatic stress.
