What is Transcendental Meditation?
Transcendental Meditation, or TM, is a simple, natural, effortless technique which allows the mind to experience it’s inner most self. That fundamental level within all of us – pure consciousness.
Experience of this level gives the mind and body profound rest and allows it to rebalance itself resulting in a range of evidence-based benefits including:
Reduction in stress, anxiety and depression.
Reduction in symptoms of PTSD and ADHD.
Increase in mental clarity and creativity.
Improvement in heart health, sleep and other stress-related health conditions.

How much does it cost?
The Trustees of Maharishi Foundation, a registered educational charity that oversees the teaching of TM in the UK, have developed a scale of fees based on gross income in order to make TM™ available to as many people as possible. Scholarships and a deferred payment scheme are also available to those who require it.
If you have any questions about the appropriate fee for you, your teacher will be happy to discuss this with you.
