Sarah is currently completing her Professional Qualification in Integrated Health Science, with a focus on Maharishi AyurVeda and Maharishi AyurVeda Marma Therapy at Alma Mater Europaa University, Slovenia.

Maharishi AyurVeda is the holistic healthcare system originating from India which promotes balance in the body, mind and consciousness.

As part of her training she is carrying out in-person AyurVeda consultations at the 50% discounted rate of £35/hour.
