Overview

Join us for a workshop on Ayurveda, the timeless natural healthcare system which prevents disease through balance

Join Angela Landers and Sarah Bence from Glasgow’s Transcendental Meditation centre, and learn about your own personal body type, and how to recognise the signs of being out of balance.

Why do we have cravings, energy crashes and over-active minds? How can imbalances lead to diseases such as anxiety, obesity and insomnia?

We’ll explain how Transcendental Meditation gives profound rest and reawaken the body’s natural healing mechanisms, and you’ll go home with some simple changes you can make to your diet and routine to reset your body’s natural rhythms and cycles to greatly improve your health and well-being.

You’ll also be able to book a free follow-up personal Ayurveda consultation afterwards.

“What a gift... the ability to live our lives better, fuller, effortlessly.”
