We’re super excited (and relieved) that Rajvinder Kaur is coming to Glasgow to guide us on our culinery journeys!
Rajvinder has decades of experience at an AyurVedic Doctor, and runs highly successful cookery classes over in Dublin.
Now she’ll be spending the afternoon with us in Glasgow, guiding us through how to make some simple, easy to learn recipes with nutritious, readily available ingredients. Rajvinder’s cooking really is proof that healthy doesn’t have to be boring!
We’ll be learning how to make:
- Millet biryani – an incredible superfood
- Aloo Gobhi (cauliflower and potato curry)
- Paratha
- Something sweet
After cooking up a storm, we’ll have a group meditation and then tuck into the handiwork for a lovely communal dinner. What better way to spend a Saturday afternoon!
