Why do we have cravings, energy crashes and over-active minds? How can imbalances lead to diseases such as anxiety, obesity and insomnia?

Learn about your own personal body type, and how to recognise the signs of being out of balance.

We’ll be talking about some simple changes you can make to your diet and routine to reset your body’s natural rhythms and cycles to greatly improve your health and well-being, and of course speaking a bit about Transcendental Meditation too!
