We’re heading to the beautiful Isle of Arran for a long weekend at The Arran Lodge; located less than 10 minutes from Brodick ferry terminal, and with gorgeous vistas looking out to sea.

What happens on a course?
Weekend courses offer a great boost to our personal evolution, giving deep and revitalising rest, release of stress and clearer experience of transcending.
It involves gentle yoga postures, a simple breathing technique(pranayama) and an extended, deeply relaxing programme of extra meditations.
There will be meetings for group meditations and discussion of experiences with a teacher and inspiring videos with gems of knowledge from Maharishi.
Also ample time for refreshing country walks, not to mention delicious vegetarian food.
The courses are designed to promote the development of higher states of consciousness. You’ll float home feeling totally refreshed, energised & have a new perspective on life.

Times: The course starts on Friday at 4pm. Finishes on Monday at 2pm after lunch

Driving: Arran Lodge is an 8 minute drive from Brodick ferry terminal. You will need to book your ferry at www.calmac.co.uk
Car sharing – let us know if you can offer or need a lift.
Public transport – go to www.calmac.co.uk and book the ferry to Brodick. There is then a regular bus from the ferry terminal to the bottom of Lamlash hill, from which Arran Lodge is a 10/15 minute walk. We can also try and coordinate pick ups from the ferry terminal with those who are driving.
