Prerequisites: If you have been regular with your Transcendental Meditation practice for four months, you are eligible to apply for your first Advanced Technique.

Overview

Simple techniques that enrich and deepen your experience of Transcendental Meditation, enhancing the benefits, and accelerating the process of personal growth and development of higher states of consciousness.

The Advanced Technique course consists of an online talk and 2 sessions of instruction in-person held on consecutive days. Each session lasts 2-3 hours.

The fees are can be paid in full or in four instalments:

£195 School students (13-18 years)
£295: Concessions (on universal credit, state pension only or similar, or full-time students with NUS card or similar)
£395: Income under £25,000:
£525: Income over £25,000
£625: Income over £40,000:
£725: Income over £60,000:
15% discount on couples fees (except £295)
